Step 1: Initiate Setup

Click 'Get Started' to begin the onboarding process.

Step 2: Browse Available Units

Click 'Browse available units' to view properties, or enter a property code if your landlord provided one.

Step 3: Proceed Without Property Code

If you don't have a property code, click 'Skip' to continue without entering one.

Step 4: Enter Emergency Contact

Enter the name of your emergency contact in the designated field. This information helps your landlord reach someone in case of emergencies.

Step 5: Continue Profile Setup

Click the 'Continue' button to advance to the next step in your profile setup.

Step 6: Set Communication Preferences

Choose how you'd like to receive notifications:

  • Maintenance Updates: Get notified about maintenance requests and repairs.
  • Rent Reminders: Receive reminders before rent is due.
  • Announcements: Stay informed about building updates and news.

Step 7: Choose Reminder Methods

Select your preferred notification methods:

  • Email Reminders: Check the box to receive notifications via email.
  • Push Notifications: Enable push notifications for instant alerts on your device.

Step 8: Complete Setup

Click 'Continue' to finalize your preferences and complete the setup process.

Step 9: Access Your Dashboard

Click 'Go to Dashboard' to access your main control panel where you can:

  • Pay rent online
  • Submit maintenance requests
  • View your lease documents
  • Message your landlord
