• Generate AI-powered condition assessments
• Create move-in and move-out inspection reports

• Generate repair estimates

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the App, including photos and inspection data. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services, including AI analysis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App to harass or harm others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

6. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos and generate condition assessments. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided as a tool to assist your inspections and should not be solely relied upon for legal or financial decisions. Users should verify AI assessments independently.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropertyCheck Pro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
