Terms of Service
Terms governing access to Landlord Inspect, including subscriptions, account responsibilities, AI analysis, and liability.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Landlord Inspect ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Landlord Inspect is a property inspection application that provides:
- Photo documentation of property conditions
- AI-powered damage and condition analysis
- Inspection report generation
- Property and tenant management tools
- Local vendor recommendations
3. Subscription Terms
3.1 Subscription Plans
Landlord Inspect offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: $9.99 per month, billed monthly
- Annual Plan: $79.99 per year, billed annually (save 33%)
3.2 Free Trial
New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. During the free trial period, you will have full access to all premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the selected plan rate.
3.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
3.4 Cancellation
You may manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
3.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle after the change takes effect.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
4.2 Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- Do not share account credentials with others.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
6. Intellectual Property
Our Rights
The Service and its content are owned by Landlord Inspect. Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected. The AI models and algorithms are proprietary.
Your Rights
- You retain ownership of your photos and data.
- You grant us a license to process your content for the Service.
- You may export your data at any time.
7. AI Analysis Disclaimer
AI analysis is provided for informational purposes only. AI results should not replace professional property inspections. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated assessments. You are responsible for verifying AI findings. AI analysis is not a substitute for professional advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
- We disclaim all implied warranties
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for AI analysis accuracy
- We are not liable for legal outcomes using our reports
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for Terms violations. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end and your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy. Active subscription cancellation must be done through your Apple ID account settings.
