End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Landlord Inspect ("Licensor", "We", "Us", or "Our") for the use of the Landlord Inspect mobile application and associated services ("Application").

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the Application.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA and your active subscription (where applicable), Landlord Inspect grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and install the Application on your personal device(s)
  • Use the Application for your personal or professional property inspection purposes
  • Access the premium features included in your subscription plan

2. Restrictions

You shall not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Application or its content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Application
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Application
  • Use the Application in any unlawful manner or for any illegal purpose
  • Use the Application to violate the rights of others
  • Circumvent or disable any security or access control features
  • Use the Application to transmit harmful or malicious code

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Subscription Plans

The Application is available through auto-renewable subscription plans:

  • Monthly: $9.99 USD per month
  • Annual: $79.99 USD per year

3.2 Free Trial

A 7-day free trial may be available to new subscribers. The free trial begins when you confirm your subscription. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, you will be charged at the end of the trial period.

3.3 Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.4 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Intellectual Property

The Application and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and the design) are owned by Landlord Inspect, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights in the content you create using the Application, including photos, inspection data, and reports. By using the Application, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • AI analysis results are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional inspections
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated assessments
  • Inspection reports generated by the Application may not be accepted in all legal proceedings
  • We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the Application's output
  • The Application requires an internet connection for certain features

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Landlord Inspect be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Application. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in subscription fees in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Application. Your subscription cancellation must be managed through Apple's subscription management system. Sections regarding Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability shall survive termination.

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Apple-Specific Terms

This EULA is between you and Landlord Inspect only, and not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.

  • Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the Application
  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA
  • Upon acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce this EULA against you
  • In the event of failure to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any)
