Fix Stuff AI is an AI-powered mobile application that provides:

• Photo-based repair diagnostics and analysis
• Step-by-step repair instructions
• Tutorial video recommendations
• Cost estimates and parts information
• Local repair shop recommendations
• Community features for sharing repair experiences

The App is designed to provide guidance and information only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any repair instructions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account and User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and current
• Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws

4.1 Free Tier

The App offers a free tier with limited features, including:

• 3 AI repair analyses per month
• Basic repair instructions
• Limited saved repairs

4.2 Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription (“Fix Stuff AI Pro”) provides unlimited access to premium features.

4.3 Subscription Terms

• Payment: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new prices
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your App Store account settings. No refunds for partial subscription periods

4.4 Free Trials

If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. You will be charged the subscription fee upon trial expiration.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your content to provide the Service.

5.2 Community Content

Content posted to community features must:

• Be your own original content or content you have rights to share
• Not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Not contain spam, advertisements, or promotional content

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the App to harm, threaten, or harass others
• Resell or commercially exploit the App without permission

7.2 AI Limitations

Our AI analysis is based on image recognition and may not always be accurate. The AI:

• May misidentify items or problems
• Cannot assess all aspects of damage
• Should be used as a starting point, not definitive diagnosis

7.3 Third-Party Services

The App may recommend local repair shops or display third-party content (videos, etc.). We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for third-party services or content.

7.4 No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.5 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Personal injury or property damage
• Lost profits or data
• Business interruption
• Any damages arising from your use of the App

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and AI technology, is owned by Fix Stuff AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Is fraudulent or illegal

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For users who download the App from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and Fix Stuff AI, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
• Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the App
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
