- No Maximum: Landlords can charge any amount.
- Check-in Sheet: Must provide tenant 7 days to complete damage inspection sheet.
- Return Deadline: 21 days after lease ends and tenant vacates.
- Withholding: Can deduct for damage, waste, or neglect, but not normal wear and tear.
