Is RentMouse really free?
Yes! Your first unit is completely free forever with full access to core features including tenant management, lease tracking, maintenance requests, and financial reporting.
How long does it take to get started?
Most landlords are up and running in under 15 minutes. Simply create your account, add your properties and units, invite your tenants, and you're ready to go. No complex setup required.
Can tenants pay rent online?
Yes! Tenants can pay via ACH (free), credit card, or set up automatic payments. Payments are deposited directly to your bank account within 1-2 business days.
What if I have existing leases?
You can easily import existing leases or upload PDFs. RentMouse works with your current leases and helps you transition to digital when they renew.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level SSL encryption, are SOC 2 certified, and perform regular security audits. Your data is backed up daily and stored securely.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there are no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from your settings. We'll even help you export your data if you need it.
Do you offer support?
Yes! Email support is available for all plans, with priority support for Professional plans and dedicated account managers for Enterprise customers.
What integrations do you support?
We integrate with QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, Plaid, and many more. We're constantly adding new integrations based on customer requests.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate any billing adjustments.
Can I import my existing data?
