Tenant sign-in from your public page
Current tenants can sign in to their portal from your page, so they only need to remember one address.
When you invite tenants to the portal and want them to find it under your business name.

How tenants get in
Your page's header always has a Tenant sign-in button (shortened to Sign in on phones). It opens a sign-in window over your page, and a tenant with portal access lands in their own portal afterwards. Add a Tenant sign-in block if you also want a larger invitation in the body of the page.
Tenant portal links that include your address send a signed-out tenant to your page's sign-in first, so the experience stays under your name.
Before a tenant can sign in
Signing in only works for people you have invited to the portal from their tenant record. Your public page does not create tenant accounts, and it never shows a tenant's records to anyone else.
Works even when unpublished
If you unpublish your page, the advertising comes down but tenants can still use the address to sign in.
