Rent reminders and email delivery

Set up automatic rent reminders and check every email RentMouse tried to send on your behalf.

When you want tenants reminded about rent automatically, or need to know whether an email arrived.

Settings → Reminders and Settings → Delivery.

Reminder rules

A reminder rule sends a message before the due date, on the due date, or after it while rent is overdue. Choose the timing, the subject and the message, and which properties it covers. Leave properties unchecked to cover them all.

A reminder only asks for payment. It does not collect money, and it is not a formal notice.

The delivery log

Delivery lists every message the account tried to send, newest first: rent reminders, invoices, signing requests, invitations, maintenance updates and inquiries. Use it to confirm whether an email went out.

Suppressed addresses

When an email bounces or the recipient reports it as spam, RentMouse suppresses that address and stops sending to it. You can also suppress an address by hand. Once the address is corrected, clear the suppression under Settings → Delivery, or ask an owner or manager to.
