Setting up and publishing your public page
Your RentMouse page lives at rentmouse.com/your-business. Set it up, preview it, and publish it when it is ready.
When you want a web address to advertise your rentals, or a branded place for tenants to sign in.
Public page in the main navigation → Page tab. The address and a Copy and View link sit at the top.
Your address
Every account has a page at rentmouse.com followed by the account's address, which comes from your business name. The address is shown at the top of the Public page screen with buttons to copy it or open it in a new tab.
A few words are reserved for RentMouse's own pages. If your account's address matches one of them, the editor says so and the page cannot be shown there; contact support to choose another address.
Start from the ready-made layout
A new page starts with a hero, your available rentals, a row of highlights and a contact form. Change the words and pictures, add or remove blocks, and pick a look before anyone sees it.
Preview, save and publish
- The live preview on the right updates as you edit. Switch between desktop and phone sizes to check both.
- Save changes keeps your edits. Unsaved changes are flagged, and Discard returns to the last saved version.
- Publish page makes the page public and lets search engines list it. Until then, only people with the link can see it and search engines are asked to stay away.
- Unpublish takes the advertising down. Tenants can still use the address to sign in.
Who can edit it
Team members who can view account settings can see the Public page screen. Only people who can manage settings can change or publish it; everyone else sees the editor read-only.
RentMouse on your page
Every public page carries a small RentMouse credit in its footer. It does not change your content or your contact details.
