Where you see it
RentMouse holds a record for each province and shows the relevant part of it beside the question it affects, and again in the document. The province comes from the property's own address, so a portfolio spread across provinces produces the right notes for each lease without you choosing anything.

If the property is outside a supported province
Where RentMouse has no record for a jurisdiction, the document still assembles, but without province-specific notes. Check the requirements for that jurisdiction before using it.
