Property photos and what tenants see

Keep photos of each property on record, and choose which ones are shared with your tenants.

When you want a visual record of a property, or a welcoming picture on your tenants' portal.

Upload a photo

Open the property and add a photo under Property photos. RentMouse accepts PNG, JPEG and WebP images up to 8 MB.

Private or shared

Photos are private to your team until you share them. The newest shared photo appears on the welcome dashboard of every tenant in that property's portal.

Unit listing photos are separate: you add those when you advertise a unit on your public page.

Remove a photo

Select the photo and choose Remove. It disappears from your records and from the tenant portal.
