- Identity verification: Plaid may prompt for bank login; manual entry requires verifying two micro-deposits within 1–2 business days.
- Security tips: Use a unique password, enable MFA in
Settings ▸ Security, and avoid public Wi-Fi when entering payment information.

- Access the rent dashboard
Sign in at your landlord’s portal URL, open the dashboard, and locate the Payments widget showing the next due amount and due date.

Click Add payment method, choose Bank account or Card, follow Plaid prompts or enter account details manually, and save. For manual bank entry, check your account in 1–2 days to confirm two micro-deposits, then return to mark them.

Can I split rent with a roommate?
If your landlord enables partial payments, each tenant can pay their portion. Otherwise, coordinate offline and have one tenant pay the full amount.
How do I change the payment method on autopay?

What happens if a payment fails?
