Two ways to see documents
Generated agreements lists documents built in RentMouse, with their status. Files by lease groups everything attached to a lease, including uploaded files and photos.
What the statuses mean
- Draft — incomplete: some bracketed items still need an answer.
- Draft — unsigned: every required item is filled, but nobody has signed yet.
- Sent for signature, then Partially signed as each signer completes it.
- Signed: every signer has signed. Declined or Voided documents stay on record but are no longer in play.
Download and print
Download a copy as a PDF at any stage. A draft with missing details prints with writing lines in their place, so you can review it on paper. Save any draft edits first so the copy matches.
Reference numbers
New documents are numbered with the prefix set in Settings → Documents, so each agreement has a reference you can quote.
