The amount is not asked twice
The deposit is part of the lease record you created before opening the builder, so the document reads it from there rather than asking again. To change it, change the lease.
What RentMouse shows you

A condition report is what a deduction is measured against
If you intend to deduct anything from a deposit at the end, a move-in and move-out condition report is the record that supports it. The builder offers that clause where the template does not already contain one.
